Remote control. A programmable timer triggers the startup procedure in the morning as the venue opens to the public. It makes sure all the fog machine heaters are warm enough to operate before the trigger signal is sent. This provides a consistent uninterrupted display for the public. The timer then shuts the sculpture down at closing time.

Hamleys opened a new store in Qatar International Airport with an interactive kinetic installation displayed in the front window.
Design, build and install
A.R.T created a control system to manage the interactive media on screen, sequence an on screen game where members of the public can trigger the release of balls into the ball run. Winners of the game are given a ticket created by a custom POS printer. The system needs to be remotly managed from anywhere in the world.
