Creating motion and mechanisms bespoke to each individual application has led us to create our own control systems which are silent, smooth and reliable. Using our own custom motor controllers, movement can be meticulously programmed, providing better precision control of speed and position. Mechanisms can be rapidly prototyped in-house using laser cutting and 3D printers, with the final production version machined from aluminium for durability. We stock a large selection of power supplies, motors and mechanical parts to speed up the prototyping process.
Liquids, Scent and Fog

A.R.T offers a comprehensive service for managing and controlling liquids like water, soap, and fog fluid, featuring custom fluid tanks and level control systems. For more specialist artworks and scenarios where operational volume could be an issue, we can design and build silent pumps to reduce unwanted noise. As fluid tanks are often discreetly hidden or difficult to access, it can be challenging to keep track of the liquid levels. Using A.R.T’s remote monitoring system our clients can gather data from sensors to access real-time feedback on the fluid levels and other system statuses. This information is conveniently displayed on a website dashboard or an external display, eliminating the need for a trained technician to physically check the tanks.

A.R.T has over 10 years experience installing projects across the world, at leading galleries, busy commercial spaces and high profile immersive environments. As well as installing to a high safety and durability standard, we handle national and international logistics and transportation. We favour a turn key system wherever possible, ensuring that our clients can carry out the switch on and off procedures for their installations with minimal technical knowledge. This is implemented early in our planning stages, influencing the way we construct, programme and assemble.
Control and Monitoring

We have created an entirely new remote monitoring system that allows us and our clients to check on their installation from anywhere in the world via Wi-Fi. We create a unique login for any suitable job that provides status reports on various elements of each build, allowing the user to assess requirements for maintenance or repairs. This system removes the time and cost to train a dedicated technician to monitor the installation, and allows administrators to access their remote panel to carry out monitoring at any time.
