A commercial installation for global skincare brand SK-II for their flagship store at the Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex in Hainan. The client was keen to communicate the luxurious nature of their products, whilst expanding their product design direction within a physical space.
The LXP Experience installation uses our latest fluid management system, controlled with custom circuit boards and electronics. These are crucial to its smooth and uninterrupted operation, and are a key part of its build and configuration.
A.R.T developed a server rack mounted modular pump system, allowing parts to be quickly replaced for maintenance. The bubble producing robotics were designed with a self-cleaning mode that kills bacteria using UV light when not in use. The installation can be remote accessed at all times anywhere in the world using a web-based admin panel that provides live technical data on the system status and live control. A.R.T will continue to maintain the installation and provide support until 2030.
